Michael Begley, a 2011 Sherwood graduate and Player of the Year in Montgomery County has capped off a great lacrosse career at Marist (NCAA Division I ) with the following accolades.

* 2 time conference offensive player of the week

* First Team All-Conference at Midfield for the 2nd straight year

* Named to the MAAC All-Tournament team 

* Named to the Tewaarton "Watch List" of the most outstanding players in College Lacrosse.

* Honorable mention All-American for NCAA Division I
