Each year, the National federation of High Schools reviews sport rules and usually makes some changes - some minor and some with more impact.  This year a number of rules changes have been implemented.  The two rule changes that will likely have the most impact on the play of the game are the one about restarts in the defensive area and the change regarding throwing string location (designed to make it easier to dislodge the ball.
